embutramide 200 mg,
mebezonium iodide 50 mg,

4. INDICATION(S)
For euthanizing dogs, cats, large livestock and birds.
5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use on conscious animals. Do not use during pregnancy.
6. ADVERSE REACTIONS
In very rare cases, seizures or agitation have occurred. Delayed cardiac arrest is possible.
Note: The use of T 61 causes histopathological changes such as endothelial damage, passive pulmonary hyperemia, pulmonary edema and hemolysis.
If any serious effects or other effects not mentioned in this leaflet are observed, the veterinarian must be informed.
7. TARGET ANIMAL SPECIES
Dogs, cats, large animals and birds.
8. MSD-T 61 50ML DOSAGE, ROUTE(S) AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION FOR EACH SPECIES
Intravenous or intrapulmonary injection is required .
0.3 to 0.5 ml of solution per 1 kg body weight should be administered intravenously to a dog and 0.7 to 1.0 ml per kg body weight to a dog weighing less than 10 kg and 13 to 20 ml of solution to a dog weighing more than 10 kg .
The cat should be injected into the lungs: a kitten at the age of several days is given 1 ml of solution, up to 6 months. for an age cat – 3 ml, older than 6 months; 5 ml for a cat, 10 ml for a cat weighing more than 5 kg .
A large animal should be injected intravenously with 4-6 ml of solution per 50 kg of body weight.
In other species, 0.5-2 ml of solution should be injected into the lungs, depending on body weight.
9. INDICATIONS FOR PROPER USE
The product should only be used by a veterinarian.
T 61 should only be administered to unconscious (narcotised) animals to prevent the animal from suffocating consciously in the event of unfavourable conditions of use or absorption.
T 61 should be used with great care.
During intravenous administration, it is necessary to ensure that the full dose of the drug is correctly injected into the blood vessel. It may be helpful to use an intravenous catheter.
10. WITHDRAWAL
Do not use on animals intended for human consumption.
T 61 euthanized animals must be destroyed in accordance with the requirements of the country.
11. SPECIAL STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep out of reach of children.
This veterinary medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions.
12. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Special precautions for use by persons administering the medicinal product to animals
Avoid direct contact with the veterinary medicinal product. Contaminated clothing should be disposed of immediately.
In case of accidental contact of the preparation by a person on the wound or mucous membranes, the contaminated area should be washed immediately with soap and water.
In case of accidental injection, the wound should be washed immediately with soap and water, and efforts should be made to squeeze out the residue of the product by pressing on the puncture site.
In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes immediately with clean water for several minutes. In case of accidental ingestion or self-injection, seek medical advice immediately and show the package leaflet or the label to this product.
